How do I pay?
Add items to your cart and choose Check out. You pay by card on a secure Stripe checkout page. We never see your full card number.
How does Make your offer work?
Click Make your offer on any item card or product page. If your offer meets or beats our minimum floor price, it is automatically accepted and your card on file is charged immediately. If your offer is below our floor price, it goes to our team to accept, decline, or send a counter-offer (which you can accept, decline, or re-counter). How much is shipping?
Orders under $35: $5.99. Orders from $35 to $74.99: $8.99. Orders of $75 or more: free. Your cart shows the charge before you check out. See the Shipping Policy.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us with your order number and photos. The steps are in our Returns Policy.
Are all items authentic and factory sealed?
Yes. Every figure, plush, retro console, and TCG item in our catalog is sourced from authorized distributors and ships sealed in its retail packaging.
