How Offers Work

Step 1

Step 1: Pick your item and sign in

Browse the shop and find any figure, plush, retro console, or Pokemon TCG item you want. Sign in or create a free account so we can save your offer, message you directly, and keep your payment method ready.

Step 2

Step 2: Make your offer

Click the Make your offer button on any item picture or item page. Pick a quick discount or type in the dollar amount you want to pay, then submit your offer with your card on file authorized.

Step 3

Step 3: We accept or decline

Every item has a private minimum floor price set by our store:

• If your offer is at or above our minimum floor price: Our system automatically accepts your offer on the spot, charges your credit card on file right away for your offer price, and queues your order to ship.
• If your offer is below our minimum floor price: Your offer goes to our team for review.
• If we accept: Your offer is accepted and your card on file is charged automatically for your offer amount. Your card is never charged unless your offer is accepted.
• If we decline: Your card is not charged, and the temporary authorization hold is released.

Step 4

Step 4: Counter and re-counter option

Instead of a flat accept or decline on an offer below our floor, our team can send a counter-offer back to you with a price that works for us. When you receive a counter-offer in My Offers and Orders, you have three choices:

• Accept our counter-offer: Your card on file is charged right away for the counter price and we ship your order.
• Decline: No charge is made to your card.
• Re-counter again: Send a new offer price back to us. If your re-counter meets or beats our floor price, it is automatically accepted and charged right away. Otherwise, our team reviews your new price so we can reach a deal.
