We pack and ship every order ourselves. The shipping charge for your order is shown on the checkout page before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping to US addresses is based on your order subtotal:
- Orders under $35: $5.99
- Orders from $35 to $74.99: $8.99
- Orders of $75 or more: free
Your cart, the checkout page and the secure payment page all show the same shipping charge. Any sales tax is shown before you enter your card.
Processing
We start packing your order after your payment is confirmed. Weekends and holidays can add time.
Tracking and delivery estimates
When the carrier provides tracking, we share it with you by email. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Your address
Please enter a complete address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email tcgpoptoys@gmail.com right away. We cannot promise a change once the order is packed. If a package comes back to us because of an incomplete address, a refused delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you, and reshipping may cost extra.
Damaged, lost or stolen packages
If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, follow the steps in our Returns Policy. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check with neighbors and your building first, then email us and we will work with the carrier.
Delayed orders
If we cannot ship within the time we stated, or within 30 days when no time was stated, we will tell you and give you the choice to accept the new timing or cancel for a full and prompt refund of any unshipped items.
