Who we are

This store is TCG Pop Toys, operated by NGX Labs LLC. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must review and approve your purchase.

Products

We try to show each product accurately. Colors on screen, packaging and included accessories can differ slightly from the photos, and manufacturers can change packaging between production runs. Product names, characters and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify what we sell, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your cart. We accept the order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, or we suspect fraud or resale abuse. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method.

Binding offers

Binding offers: When you submit an offer on tcgpoptoys.com, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for the offer amount plus applicable shipping and tax if we accept your offer. If we decline or counter your offer, your card is not charged unless you accept the counteroffer.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping charges and any sales tax are shown on the checkout page before you pay. Payment is taken by card through Stripe on a secure checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card number. If we find an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and give you the choice to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Quantity limits

We may limit how many of an item one customer can buy so that more collectors get a chance at it.

Shipping and risk of loss

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery details are in our Shipping Policy. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help you as described there.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and damaged or incorrect items are handled as described in our Returns Policy.

Collectibles and condition

Small factory variations and light shelf wear on outer packaging are normal for mass-produced collectibles and are not defects unless the product page promises a specific condition. If something arrives different from its product page, contact us as described in our Returns Policy.

Promotions

Any discount code or giveaway will state its own terms, end date and limits. Unless the offer says otherwise, it has no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to past orders.

Use of the site

Please do not interfere with the site, try to access it without permission, scrape it at high volume, misuse promotions or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The TCG Pop Toys name, logo and original site content belong to their owner. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is and as available, without warranties beyond those stated in these terms and in our policies. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law where you live gives you the right to rely on local law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the new effective date shown at the top of this page.
