Who is responsible

NGX Labs LLC is responsible for the information collected through TCG Pop Toys. You can reach us about privacy at tcgpoptoys@gmail.com or through the Contact page.

Information we collect

• Order information. When you check out, we receive your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, the items you bought, the amounts paid and the order status.
• Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe on a secure Stripe checkout page. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us limited details such as the payment status, card brand and last four digits.
• Messages. If you email us, we keep what you send so we can answer you.
• Device and usage information. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use information

• Take payment for, pack, ship and support your order
• Answer questions and handle returns, refunds and problems with an order
• Prevent fraud and keep the store secure
• Keep tax, accounting and other records the law requires
• Fix problems and improve the site
• Send marketing email only if you ask for it, with a way to unsubscribe in every message

Cart storage and cookies

The store keeps the contents of your cart in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you come back. That data stays on your device. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to process payments and prevent fraud, under the Stripe privacy policy. We do not use advertising trackers or outside analytics on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first and give you a choice where the law requires it.

When we share information

We share information only as needed to run the store: with Stripe for payments, with shipping carriers to deliver your order, with our hosting and email providers, with professional advisers, and with authorities when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public. If the business is sold or reorganized, customer records may transfer to the new owner under this policy. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order, for returns and warranty questions, and for tax and accounting rules, which can require several years. Request logs are kept for a short time for security. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed to help you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections and limited access. No online system is completely secure, so please never send card numbers, passwords or government ID by email.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, or object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, email tcgpoptoys@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. If we decline a request, you can ask us to review that decision by replying to our answer.

Children

The store is meant for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the store, our providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
