How Offers Work
- Step 1: Pick your item and sign in.
- Step 2 (Make your offer): Click Make your offer on any item picture or item page.
- Step 3 (We accept or decline): Offers at or above our floor price are accepted automatically and charged to your card right away. Below our floor, our team reviews your offer. If we accept, your card is charged.
- Step 4 (Counter and re-counter): We can also send a counter-offer that you can accept, decline, or re-counter. See full guide.
